initially I planned to go with an Intel-equipped 13" MacBook Pro with the touch bar and then wait and get an Apple Silicon Mac Mini to replace my 2012 quad-core i7 Mini, as I needed to replace my old MacBook first

but then I decided to take the plunge and get an M1 MacBook Air, due to it being almost as fast as the M1 MacBook Pro at the time (especially with 8-core graphics), ordered the 512 GB 8-core graphics model configured with 16 GB of RAM, and I couldn't be happier

I always enjoy dealing at Furpoc, even more so since I have a taxID and didn't have to deal with the back and forth anymore lol. I have heard mixed reviews about the first year in the new hotel, but there is always growing pains with a move. I am sure it will be nicer this year.

The hotel was shut down for tax issues. they came in with out notice one day and booted EVERYONE out the building, guests, workers, everyone. That is why so much stuff is just... sitting there

Old Furpoc hotel. Furpoc was leaving anyway to the new place so it didn't effect the con in anyway, but that is why it is abandoned now. Not the millions of health code issues, but taxes lol

As much as I agree, it is getting harder to enforce. We had to BEG AC to make masks a thing in Dealers Den. Originally AC wasn't requiring masks. I expect by next year they wont even require vaccines.

The problem is people aren't volunteering to help as staff at cons and with out the staff you can't enforce the policies. At least thats the issues I see from the inside. Smaller cons just don't have the man power. Even AB had to drop their mask policy because of lack of staff this year

Those vaccine made our heart mess up so we only got the first initial 2. It screwed up me and my fiances heart rates so we didn't get any boosters
The first one made me high the second gave me anxiety so bad my heart was wigging out all night and It gave me temporary panic attacks

PROS: Its finally happening July 1 were moving!!! And Yes that's parts of Yale College in the pics. 

So things will be more secure when we do things on here starting july 1st

2 bedrooms but well make it work!

The cons: No AC in the bedrooms it's stale and sticky so we'll need (2) portable AC units is my biggest complaint the window type sucks they should honestly change those types of windows out.. It gets too humid in summer not to have one... So there's the extra expense we weren't anticipating...

Free standing fans. It’ll help circulate the AC and air throughout the apartment. Also, consider window fans with an exhaust mode. That’ll help draw out the stale air and draw in fresh air if you can create a cross breeze.

And by me it’s a family complex so there’s still kids outside playing after school and the weekends but luckily how the apartments are designed it’s very soundproof. Unless I’m right at the front door I don’t hear anything but the humming of the fridge or water heater.

I know someone back in Washington state that had a 3 bedroom place with the same stupid window types and they had to have a portable AC or the guy living there by the way he's a long Island native would die from his allergies its worked in a pinch.. Ok I watched it once more and unfortunately as he says here its "OUR last resort" option unfortunately since these HUD housing units fault for not making the windows more efficient... So we can use a window AC unit its not your fault plus were not paying the electric bill its included in the rent utilities so its "their problem" not ours. For having cheap dated style inefficient windows. 😉

I have medicare and medicaid but of course id get in trouble if I gave it away to someone thats in need of it thats the law 🤷🏻‍♀️ but the cost is outrageous but I found out something odd walgreens charges 1,200 for it

I wish I knew what I could take besides this stuff to make me not feel hungry keto doesn't work for me like it does for most it seems..

Lower calorie does a bit but not getting enough calories isn't good either for me that's why im going to a dietician 🤷🏻‍♀️ I sure hope moving helps not having fresher ingredients is hard to process more so in weight loss also.
